Tom Gregory is a Product Manager for 6SigmaET at Future Facilities in London. He is a chartered engineer with a Master’s degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the University of York, UK. He has previous experience designing and testing electronics for the automotive and defence industries, he now supports engineers across the electronics industry with thermal management. He has also shared his experience and knowledge with the wider industry through white papers and conference presentations, including Semi-Therm in California and the Electronics Design Show in the UK.
Philip joined Trackwise in 1999 and acquired the company in 2000. Since then, Trackwise has enjoyed sustained growth and floated on the stock market in 2018. During his tenure, Philip developed and patented Improved Harness Technology™ (IHT), a means of manufacturing length-unlimited multilayer flexible printed circuit boards as a weight-saving replacement for conventional wiring harnesses in electrical interconnect subsystems. He is the named inventor on a number of UK and international patents and he has led several government-supported R&D consortiums including a European CleanSky programme.
Philip’s career started at British Aerospace where he did an apprenticeship during his Aeronautical Engineering degree course at Bristol University. He transferred into the BAE Space Department on graduation where his role included a key management position in the Prime Contractor team for Envisat, a large European satellite, managing multi-million ECU work packages involving different companies across Europe.
Philip also holds a law degree from the University of London and is a Chartered Engineer.
Richard Warrilow is a qualified and experienced electronics design engineer and has worked in the aerospace, defence and industrial engineering sectors. He was a Technical Editor on New Electronics magazine for three years in the late 1990s before establishing DECLARATION, a content-driven B2B business development and marketing agency that works exclusively with advanced engineering companies, including Nexus Industrial Memory and leading CAD and EDA vendors.

Hugh is a Chartered Engineer specialising in the design of electronic products for healthcare, aerospace, consumer and industrial applications. He holds PhD and BEng Honours degrees in Electrical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University. Hugh has 25+ years industry experience. He joined Plexus in 2005, where he provides design consultancy and technical leadership in a broad range of bespoke product developments, from initial concept to volume manufacture.

Nigel is a supply chain specialist with over 25 years in the EMS industry. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the West of Scotland. He joined Plexus in 2015 and is responsible for providing leadership to the EMEA Regional Centralised Purchasing team and CEC Commodity/Sourcing Engineering Team. He also supports the leadership of the Global Electronics Commodity team, based in the EMEA region.

Tony is an Engineering graduate with an 18-year history of providing pre and post-sales technical support to users of Altium Designer in the UK. He is also an experienced tutor having delivered Altium training courses, technical workshops to thousands of design professionals. His in-depth knowledge of Altium Designer and promoting best practice earned him certification and recognition as an Altium authorised tutor.
